Accommodation terms and conditions (Scope of application)

Article 1

Accommodation contracts and related contracts entered into by our hotel with guests shall be as stipulated in this contract, and matters not stipulated in this contract shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.
2 If the Hotel accepts a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
(Application for accommodation contract)

Article 2

A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this hotel must provide the following information to the hotel.
  • Guest name
  • Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
  • Accommodation charges (as a general rule, according to the basic accommodation charges in attached table 1)
  • Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date set forth in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will treat the request as having been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. Masu.
(Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)

Article 3

The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when it is proven that the hotel did not give approval.
2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days), must be paid by the date specified by the hotel. Please pay.
3 The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest will ultimately have to pay, and if a situation arises in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the application fee will be applied to the cancellation fee and then to the compensation. However, if there is any remaining amount, it will be returned at the time of payment of fees pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
4. If the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this only applies if the hotel notifies the guest of this when specifying the deadline for payment of the application deposit.

Article 4

Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Hotel may accept a special agreement in which the payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph is not required after the conclusion of the contract.
2. If the hotel does not request payment of the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment date for the application deposit when accepting an application for an accommodation contract, the hotel shall be deemed to have accepted the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph. (Refuse to conclude accommodation contract)

Article 5

The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases:
  • When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.
  • When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may violate the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.
  • When the person seeking accommodation is an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group, or a person affiliated with an organized crime group, or an anti-social force.
  • When a person seeking accommodation makes violent demands towards the hotel or our hotel employees.
  • When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
  • When you are asked to bear more than a reasonable burden regarding accommodation.
  • When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
  • When the case falls under the provisions of article 〇 (item 〇) of the 〇〇〇 ordinances of prefecture.
  • When it is determined that the person attempting to stay overnight is likely to cause a significant nuisance to other guests due to drunkenness, etc.
(Right of guest to cancel contract)

Article 6

Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the hotel shall specify the due date for the payment of the application fee. (excluding cases where the guest has previously canceled the accommodation contract due to payment), the guest will be charged a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, this is limited to when the hotel notifies the guest.
3. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation (if the expected arrival time is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time) without contacting the hotel, the hotel will The accommodation contract may be treated as having been canceled by the guest.

Article 7

The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
  • When the Guest is deemed to be at risk of committing an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that the Guest has committed the same act.
  • When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
  • When you are asked to bear more than a reasonable burden regarding accommodation.
  • When accommodation is not possible due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
  • When you make violence, threats, blackmail, coercive illegal demands, or demands that exceed the reasonable range of the hotel or our hotel employees.
  • When the guest engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
  • When it is recognized that the Guest is likely to cause a significant nuisance to other Guests due to drunkenness, etc., or when it is recognized that the Guest has caused a nuisance.
Other times when the hotel does not comply with the usage rules established by the hotel.
  • When the case falls under the provisions of article 〇 (item 〇) of the 〇〇〇 ordinances of prefecture.
  • Smoking while sleeping in the bedroom, tampering with fire equipment, etc., or not complying with any other prohibitions set forth by the Hotel’s rules of use (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided to the guest.
(Registration of accommodation)

Article 8

Guests must register the following information at the front desk of our hotel on the day of their stay.
  • Guest’s name, age, gender, address and occupation
  • For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry
  • Departure date and scheduled departure time
  • Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel
2 If the Guest intends to pay the charges set forth in Article 12 using a method that can replace currency, such as a traveler’s check, accommodation voucher, or credit card, he must present these in advance at the time of registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph.
(Room usage time)

Article 9

Guests may use the hotel’s guest rooms from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next morning. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept use of guest rooms outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.
  • Up to 3 hours, 1/3 of room charge
(or 30% of the room charge)
  • For up to 6 hours, half of the room charge
(or 50% of the room charge)
  • For over 6 hours or more, the full amount of the room charge
(or 100% of the room charge)
3. The amount equivalent to the room charge in the preceding paragraph shall be 100% of the basic accommodation amount.
(Compliance with usage rules)
Guests must comply with the rules of use established by the Hotel and posted within the Hotel.
(Business hours)

Article 11

Detailed business hours of facilities, etc. will be provided in pamphlets provided, displayed at each location, and in the service directory in the guest room.
2. The time set forth in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary or unavoidable. In that case, we will notify you by an appropriate method.
(Payment of fees)

Article 12

The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the Guest and the method of calculation thereof are as listed in Attached Table 1.
2. Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of the guest’s departure or when requested by the hotel, in currency or by alternative methods such as traveler’s checks, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc. recognized by the hotel. 3. Even if the hotel provides a guest room to the guest and the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
(Hotel’s responsibility)

Article 13

The Hotel will compensate the Guest for any damage caused to the Guest in the performance of the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or in the event of non-fulfillment thereof. However, this does not apply if the damage is not due to reasons attributable to the hotel.
2. Our hotel has received the appropriate mark from the fire department, but in order to deal with the unlikely event of a fire, we have taken out hotel liability insurance. (Or 2. Article 14

If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the guest’s contracted room, the hotel will, with the guest’s consent, arrange for another accommodation facility with the same conditions as possible.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the hotel is unable to arrange other accommodations, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation fee, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for the inability to provide a guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.
(Handling of deposited items, etc.)

Article 15

In the event that damage such as loss or damage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables left at the front desk by the Guest, the Hotel shall compensate for such damage, except in the case of force majeure. Masu.
2. When damage such as loss or damage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables brought into the hotel by the guest that are not deposited at the front desk due to intentional or negligent behavior on the part of the hotel. The hotel will compensate for the damage.
(Storage of guest’s baggage or personal effects)

Article 16

If the guest’s baggage arrives at the hotel prior to the guest’s stay, the hotel will take responsibility for managing it only if the hotel has agreed to this before the guest’s arrival, and will hand it over to the guest at the front desk when the guest checks in.
2. If the guest’s baggage or belongings are found left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner is not identified, the hotel will store the baggage for seven days including the day it was found, and will then report it to the nearest police station.
3. The hotel’s responsibility for storing the guest’s baggage or belongings in the case of paragraph 2 shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1, and in the case of paragraph 2 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 2.
(Responsibility for parking)

Article 17

When a guest uses the hotel’s parking lot, the hotel is merely lending the parking space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle, regardless of whether the key to the vehicle has been deposited with the hotel. However, if the hotel causes damage through its intentional or negligent actions in managing the parking lot, the hotel will be liable for compensation.
(Guest Liability)

Article 18

If the hotel suffers damage through the intentional or negligent actions of a guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage.
